TRADE SPACE AND TRADE
STANDS
|

Trade stand space is
available flanking the main ring to ensure maximum exposure to the
general public.
ü
All stands are 15 ft deep with a minimum of 20 ft frontage.
ü
Per trade stand,
will qualify for FREE entry to the Country Show for up to four
people
ü
Trade stands can be set up from 9.30am on Friday 30th May and need to be
in place by 9.30am on the day of the show.
ü
Please reserve your site space by returning a completed booking form, at
the latest by 28th February 2008.
ü
Trade space will be allocated on a “first come, first serve basis”.

You will receive your letter of confirmation, directions and tickets 2
weeks prior to the event.

There will, as usual, be a prize for the best trade stand, judged on the
day of the Show.

Craft Stalls
Inside space for craft
stands is now fully booked. If you would like to book a stand, and are
able to "trade" from your own pitch outside please contact Jane. The
spaces for the Crafts will be available in the main barn and very close to the
main ring. (see
site plan) The barn has a concrete
floor. Electricity will be available (at an additional charge of £10.00)
for those who book before 31st March 2008. Please refer to the
booking form and terms and
conditions of booking for more details.
Directions to the
Craft Fair area will be clearly marked and all stallholders will be
listed in the Show Programme. Cars and vans can be parked close to
the barn for loading and unloading and can be parked a short distance from
the yard during the day. There will be a full range of catering
facilities available throughout the day.
