Princes Risborough Young Farmers Club and Show Team
would like to thank absolutely everyone who made the show such a
success. First and foremost to Lord Carrington for his permission to run the
event at Manor House Farm. Thereafter to absolutely everyone to took part. The
Bucks Young Farmers competing to win and in the process entertaining us all! To
the public who supported the event, to our judges and stewards, the food and
farming team and working demonstrations, our sponsors and trade stands, and to
everyone who works at Manor House Farm and in the gardens.

May at Hill Farm, Haversham.

The
2008 Bledlow Country Show
will be held on
Saturday 31st May 2008
at
Manor House Farm,
Bledlow,
Princes
Risborough, Bucks HP27 9PA,
by kind permission of Lord
Carrington.
The show will
appeal to the whole family
and is sure to be a
great
day out
in the beautiful parkland of Manor
House Farm, Bledlow.
The show is hosted by
Princes Risborough Young Farmers Club,
on behalf of the
Buckinghamshire Federation of
Young Farmers Clubs;
the show is an
annual event staged at different venues throughout the
County each
year.
At this year’s Show
there will be
something for everyone;
the traditional
YFC competitions will take place all
day, ranging from home crafts, flower
arranging and photography, to vehicle handling, inter-club main
ring
competitions. Visitors will be entertained with
main ring attractions,
competition displays, working craft demonstrations, crafts barn and shopping,
providing a wide range
of
attractions throughout the show site.
2008 is the
Year of Food and Farming;
so don't miss this opportunity to explore the
Food & Farming Barn.
There are a wide
range of public catering facilities
offering refreshments to suit a wide range of tastes.
In addition to the show attractions, it will also be possible to visit the
Manor House Farm Gardens
on the day of the Show.
Manor House Farm, Bledlow is
an ideal venue,
it is 3 miles from Princes
Risborough
and 9 miles from High Wycombe. It is
easily accessible
from the B4009 and there will be
plenty of free parking.
